The holy mountain of Light calls me,
To the sacred Ka'bah across the sea,
Where loved ones wait, their faces aglow,
And crowns of grace on the faithful bestow.
Around the unseen, my heart does turn,
Each step a prayer, each breath I yearn.
This house of flesh, a fleeting cage,
With bars of bone and walls of age,
Yet in its depths, the Spirit stirs,
A song divine, the universe concurs.
When by His will my soul takes flight,
I'll soar like an eagle into the Light,
To where the mountain whispers my name,
Its call eternal, its fire aflame.
I see beyond, the radiant shore,
Where tears dissolve and pain is no more.
The great beloved ones stand in array,
Their hearts unburdened, their faces sway.
From His throne, the King commands,
"Come, cross the sea, to the promised lands."
The mountain of Light and Ka'bah divine,
Are calling me to a realm beyond time.
With every step, my spirit ascends,
To where beginnings and endings blend.
Oh, Light eternal, your voice I heed,
Through sacred paths, to You I proceed.
So when my clay returns to earth,
And my soul unbound from its mortal berth,
May I rise and greet that radiant shore,
Where the mountain calls forevermore.
