The blaring siren of the ambulance
What does it connote
Emergency?
Danger?
Tragedy?
Or what?
The sound creates
Anxiety
Panic
Uncertainty
Fear
In the minds of the hearers
Some friends are ambulances
Their presence
Their voices
Their feelings
Their associations
Brings the message of the ambulance
To these please avoid
Human ambulances they are
And evil tidings they bear
Better placed far than near
For your safety and mental health.
