I reason death in its glorious beauty
Like golden evening cloud
On a bright sunny day
I think of death in its peaceful silence
Like "Otamiri" river
purling in moon-lit night
I ruminate death in its soulful rest
Devoid of dust
Like cool gentle evening breeze
I look toward death then
When the task is over
Much more toward
When satisfactorily accomplished
To wash my sticky hide of labour
In transparent river "Otamiri"
My frayed nerves calmed
In cool evening breeze
To take the deserved rest
In peaceful clouds of heaven
My portion of the Father
And Son through death.
