Time may heal you, but God makes you holy,
Peace and joy He'll send over to us,
May be someone will read our poems,
In the proud heart the ice will break up.
By perceiving pain, commiseration
at an instant the soul will react,
Cause to us was sent song of creation,
They were written with breathing of love.
The Ice Will Break Up... what an eyecatching title. and it's playing with the idea of contrast at the same time. loved the poem as well, specially the last two lines.
Very interesting sharing definitely. God makes everything for holy peace and joy to be pure in spirit. Interesting....10

WOW! Liza, this is a Poem of Wonder! The two quatrains express a message of ALTRUISM so thoroughly and so persuasively I am completely enveloped by your good will, your generosity. There is a confidence that all souls will hear the SONGS OF CREATION and feel fully the LOVE they carry and lavish. The first and last lines especially move me: You acknowledge time is healing, a purely earthy salvation, and then quietly affirm God Makes Us Holy, a divine salvation. The last line is so consoling and raises my spirits, as it will all readers' spirits - It is a universal expression of F-A-I-T-H, you are declaring the breath of God fills the vacuum of space. This is a prayer as well as a poem.
