The Indian Soldiers Who Fought In The World War
They participated and fought
In the World War
And many of them lost their lives,
The soldiers of where,
Dying where
Fighting for a cause
On foreign lands
And laying their lives too,
Who mourned for whom,
Who knew whom,
Just the commanders counted their men
And felt heavily for
Whose bodies never reached home.
Were they conscripted,
Did they voluntarily,
How did they?
