The Infinite Wheel. Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

The Infinite Wheel.

Rating: 5.0

Each of us is a spoke
in an infinite wheel.

Though each spoke is essential
in keeping the wheel whole
no spokes are the same.

The rim of the wheel is our
living sense of community,
family, relationship.

But the common hub
where all the spokes join
is the one center in the infinite wheel
where all souls meet.

I am unique and I live out my uniqueness.
But when I dare to look into my core,
I see the one common center
where all lives begin.

I am unique and I live out my uniqueness. But when I dare to look into my core, I see the one common center where all lives begin. Such deep thoughts... every speck of our life is interlinked and yes the centre point of out existence is the place where all the spokes meet. Very beautiful and meaningful poem.10

Fantastic elaboration of the manifestations of aatman(soul) and the God(Paramatma) and their relationship as also the principle of unity in diversity displayed by it since each soul is unique yet unified with the Parmatma. Thanks for sharing this spiritual treat, of a kind.10 + points.
