Howling winds
Blowing through
The keyhole of time
Slowly inspiring vigilant dreams
Enduring a hypotenuse climb
Just to climb over
Then slide down
The shorter
Yet, better
Of the sides
Taking things
In small doses
A must
To see the big picture
On the other side
Rebelling against the bad
So the worst
Can never be seen from again
The monolithic door
Locked for now
Till all of this strength
Finds a way in
The key is my heart
Against any tamed dreams
Unbridled ambitions
Screaming to set
The rebel stuck within me
Free
I have imprisoned myself
Far too long
I deserve better
But what do I do?
When there is
So much protruding weight
Crashing down
On my own personal dignity
I just know
There is a need
A want to set myself free
The keyhole shall grow larger
As time goes by
I shall be brave
Against everything
That I have ever let hinder
My own faith and beliefs
I am my own destiny
Searching for the right feelings
To open up
The keyhole of these dreams
A vigilant heart
Is the key
As I open up the giant door
That I once let imprison me
I can see it so clearly now
Pristine is this vision
Towards the keyhole
Of my dreams
My spirit will never
Ever give up
As I set my sights
To go beyond
Even my own current spirituality
I have always known
My truest ambitions
Have always beckoned me
The door I look upon
May be filled with
A colossal clutter
Of so many distant memories
But I know
I must open it up
Let all the bad escape
So the good can stay strong with me
It all starts with the keyhole of these dreams

This poem goes deep within the psyche and I can relate to it. It's something everyone needs to experience and come out through to the light of one's Spirit beyond the darkness of the mind within and experience a sense of freedom that is our birthright and true state of being. Thanks for sharing and greetings to you.
