The Little Old Man Poem by Dorsey Baker

The Little Old Man

Rating: 5.0

The little old man
Comes to visit
The children in the children's
Hospital
A pumpkin grin upon his face
His eyebrows pointed just like
Bat wings
His shirts always
Brightly colored
His eyes full of kindness
He comes drifting in
Just like a breeze
Always has something to
Give the children
To make them smile!
He is a surprise visitor
Because nobody knows
Exacting when he is coming
He comes at different times
And does not offer
Much information
About himself
He just comes and goes
Back to
Where or what!
Nobody knows
The little old man
With the pumpkin grin
Upon his face
