'The Lost Love' Poem by Lost Soul

'The Lost Love'

O my lost love return to your place
Take over me and replace your self in this empty space
In me is only human, we learn from our mistakes
The flame is no longer burning
I'm weak, crying at night while my heart is turning
Let our hearts and soul entwine the way fate made it long ago
Fate is just cruel, It broke us apart from inside and out
From head to toe
The tears are washing away my inside
My heart and spirit are turning into ashes
They are being washed away by the oncoming tides
O give me life my love
Don’t be my lost love
