The Man Of The Day Poem by Francis Duggan

The Man Of The Day

Others look up to him and respect to him pay
'Tis his money makes him the man of the day
Up the corporate ladder he sure has climbed far
His paid driver drives him around in his car
His children in private boarding school and his beautiful looking wife
Relaxing at home and enjoying the good life
With his wealthy business associates he wines and he dines
And he only drinks the most expensive of wines
Money speaks ever language you hear people say
Those lacking in it do live life in the hard way
A role model to those who to big things aspire
His sort of person their type does inspire
To become known and respected in the big World out there
Money speaks every language ask the billionaire.
