The Many Good People Poem by Francis Duggan

The Many Good People

In life i have been lucky in truth i can say
In the many good people i meet every day
Though dealings with a few dubious characters i can recall
I find people to be good and trusting overall
It is said that in most people some good you will find
Most people i know of are generous and kind
Some for to help others often go out of their way
And perform a good deed or two every day
Though there are a few i would rather forget
A truly bad person i have never met
Compared to the good the bad of humanity are of the few
And this is not saying anything that is new
In the World are many good people indeed
Who every day are known to sow Karma's good seed.
