You're the hottest of chillis
when you're totally in the moment.

You're jalapeno,
hal-a-pean-yo,

or whatever the hottest chilli is,
when you're in toto in momento.

You're not hal-a-pean-yo, in truth.
But you do the sleuth.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
On the Scoville Scale of chilli heat,
jalapeno has less than 10,000 units.
The habanero and malagueta are much more;
but one (you do the sleuth) clocks in at 1,569,300.
It gave one man RCVC - Reversible Cerebral Vaso-Constriction.

The moment of hottest perception about special food is brilliantly penned. An amazing sharing is done here really...10
