The Monster Has Left The Lab - Poem by Justin Gildow
The monster has left the lab
Not aware of what will await him outside
Bulky and menacing
He's ready to wreak havoc
Even destroy things
He doesn't understand the world
And the world doesn't understand him
But the monster is alive
The monster is free
And for the time being
That's all he wants
That's all he cares about
There's certainly nothing that's going to
stop him
At least for right now
Or for the time being at least
