The Music Within
Be still and silent
the rhythm and music
the lyrics which play out
upon these strings within
each key, every note echoes
throughout me, melodic madness
set to a tempo few can hear
set to a tempo few could withstand
stay, stay the music for now
let silence sit upon the air
no need for rhapsody
no call for a chorus
be still and silent
that my heart may rest
