The Myth Of Reality Poem by Dorsey Baker

The Myth Of Reality

If you don't want to get burned
let your fuse be long
If you don't want
your house to fall
let your foundation be strong
Rich people
don't have to beg
or borrow
because they have enough
money ti buy
but poor people
and their children
too many tears they cry!
they say that
our world is overcrowded
but every day
another baby is born
Life is just a riddle
and the face of death
is full of scorn!
