The Odd One Out

He had a dream in which it came home to him rather strongly,
that in relationships he was the odd one out.
A somewhat sad reminder of his condition or physical appearance about which he tried not to be too conscious of and about which so many people easily seemed to take for granted particularly when they see and regard you as something less than what they are and compare themselves with you after just being introduced by somebody or perhaps on occasion when meeting someone else for the very first time.

Now that he'd come to think about it again,
for he had brooded over it many times before,
this was reflected in just about everything that had ever happened,
since he could now remember and in whatever he'd been involved in
with his life up until the present time, with just about everyone
that he had ever been in contact with in this world,
which otherwise would be generally experienced differently
by any other person without having a similar physical condition
and appearance which is commonly regarded as a disability
and thereby discriminated against or even taken advantage of
in some situations and also variously exploited by certain types
of unscrupulous, ambitious and self seeking people.
