The Open Sky - Poem by Hasmukh Amathalal

I thank almighty each day
For showing me bright day
With new hopes and prospective way
To keep feet firmly on the ground clay

I find nothing in the open sky
I have just to keep eyes open and try
It has vast horizon but nothing of any use
I just believe in self and don’t confuse

Each night I pass of peacefully
Not knowing well about tomorrow skillfully
Though it is amply clear in no ambiguous term
Yet it is not matter of any concern

Nothing can be promised for next day
You come to life in a anew way
The life is beautifully dreamed of and longed
You take careful steps and don’t like to be wronged

New page is added with passing of time
It may become memorable any time
There may be ups and down in unexpected way
Still we have not to fear and stay

Each breath counts for and reminds
That there is still scope for to find
Live as much as you can in best manner
You will be taken off soon as life will be over
