The Passion Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

The Passion

Yesterday you were my sweet lover and today,
You are my wife on this sweet side of the river;
But tomorrow comes and, you will bear my children.

This will be the results of the passion of a sweet romance,
With red, yellow and blue winds all over us!
But do take care of the green cloud above us,
For the journey of any sweet love starts with two!

The passion of love and of a lovely young woman around you,
This intimate relationship will lead you to many things;
For her beauty is like the beauty of Bathsheba,
And we forst love by sharing with one another.

The red-dot!
And of the high definitions of your love at hand;
But your blue rays of love had sent me higher!
And it is so soft and very delicate to touch,
For you have fortified them with your city walls;
And today you are a noble and a kind woman of substance.

During the time of spring and during the time of summer,
During the time of autumn and during the time of winter,
Her love was flowing with milk and honey;
And her wisdom and her wealth were all over us!
