The Past
Funny thing,
the past is.
When you look back,
all you thought was hard seems easy now.
Things were simpler back then,
easy, less complicated.
The past,
something I wish could happen,
over and over and over again.
The future is scary,
the past is comfort.
I wish I could stay in the pain,
the past,
forever and ever.
but we still have to move on. The past is gone but the future is long. as a poet, you write good. you express your poems expressively, of course. nice one!
