Parole is little reprieve
If you strongly believe
It is temporary relief
With worries and lots of grief

The misdeeds had reached a level
That did not speak or went well
It was noticed by friends and foes
How could they allow you to go Scot free?

The negative side had upper hand
That has been proved beforehand
You are convicted partially
You may be pushed inside again really

This makes you little frightened
Your doom is really hastened
You want the life to be reformed
You are fully caged and informed

The history may witness you as culprit
People will keep distance when time comes to greet
Unless you are in possession of thick skin
You will never be able to show your face or very keen

You are fallen from grace
In olden days people used to darken the face
Put on donkey and paraded in entire village
The far reaching impact on history’s page

You may repent or not
But attention may always be caught
You shall be termed as man of corrupt practice
Disgraceful soul and fallen short of promises
