The Pen Faces Up To Future Writes Poem by Terence George Craddock

The Pen Faces Up To Future Writes

the pen is a little tired
decades chasing elusive thoughts
the pen has spilt much ink

writing mist words on parchment pages
realms of thoughts fill countless sheets
dancing darting thoughts reel in rhythms

the pen feels a little drained
facing the task of much more ink
to spill many more pages to fill
