The Place Within Me Poem by Tricia Lemaster

The Place Within Me

There's a place within me
That's mean and horride
I don't want that place within me
Once that place within me is out
There's another place within me
That's nice and sweet
Once that place within me is in
It will never go out
I found that place within me
That's nice and sweet
That's the place within me I want

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

It's really good that you found that place. I loved the way you described it. It makes a lot of sense.

young people need to know what feels good and not feel good...you've found that you've said...very good...love is a feeling...you can't really add a definition to it...but the joy of it is known...felt around the world...stay in a warm place..smile...feel good...good write

of course, we have inside us a very comfortable place... it seems that your poems here are labeled 'new'... are you new here in poemhunter? if yes, well, may your stay here be poetically good and comfortable...
