The Plastered Wall Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

The Plastered Wall

In times of your dear need of love, i will be there;
But, the same laws passed on from generations unto generations!
Without addition and subtraction.
Addiction, addition!
However, peoples, nations and languages will come to know the truth.
Addle, paddle!
And behold! ! A tree is in the midst of the earth;
However, the thoughts of your visions are like the interpretations of a dream.
Held for 21 days by the negative ones!
Because, i am still searching for my lover who left me last night;
Of the tree!
Leave the stump with the roots and,
Let it be wet with the dew of heaven.
Dreams, riddles, parbles, proverbs and dark sayings! !
But, you do know who i am on this story;
Because, the fingers of a man's hand appeared and wrote on the plastered wall.
