The Police Do Not Protect Citizens All Citizens Poem by Terence George Craddock

The Police Do Not Protect Citizens All Citizens

Rating: 5.0

there is a lie
pompously proclaimed
in American media
an American media proclaims
that the police protect
citizens all citizens

the truth is the clan
swapped their white hooded
cloaks and burning crosses
for police uniforms and guns
for murder committed in plain sight

for murder committed in daylight
clan progress is measured
in the distance from hidden beatings
and hangings in trees at night
to anytime anywhere executions in public

time to stop the lies
admit the truth
time to make killers
in clan uniforms Nazi uniforms
police uniforms any uniforms

accountable
time to again stop the killings
and march for human rights
time to again fight for freedoms
blessings risk our own lives
for people of all nations races creeds
