The Pouring Sky Poem by Varsha M

The Pouring Sky

Snowy white mountains
Sailing on sky blue
Pour down pearls
That moisten the hue
Drawing to petrichor
Like a little kid
Sailing paper boat
On streams of road
Tapping foot on pond
Just formed on ground
And enjoying the rainy lore
With arms that explore
Embracing the true essence
As the rain ventures game
Inviting every individual
Young or old
Everyone cavort
On the melody just formed
With the beats of every downpour
Sucking away all that tore
Filling with hope that restore.
