The problem with e-mail
It is not female.
It expresses not
An emotional appeal,
Nor soft touches
Nor eyes direct
No laughing or crying
Or even sighs to let.
One can write and write
But there's nothing to feel.

Heather this is so true. Email is so impersonal, and cold, and even if we used exclamations, capital letters, underscores, or even different colored letters, makes no difference. Email is for information only, not emotions. Thank you for sharing. Barbara
