You're the light of my soul
the reason that I live
when I look into your eyes
and feel you from within

You're the love that I hold
and the reason that I would die
if I saw tears you would cry
that I could not dry

You're the blanket that I wrap in
the nights I am feeling cold
the heart I feel beating inside
when I want to run and hide

You're all that I see
in the morning dawn's beauty
of every single sunrise
that burns inside of me

You're all that I dream of
in a special kind of love
you're the reason that I give
and the reason I can't let go
