The Sand Falls From The Ashes Of My Heart Poem by Jennavieve Agnus Beular.

The Sand Falls From The Ashes Of My Heart

Rating: 5.0

Different lullabies play in my ear softly as you sing me to sleep tonight,
The fright.
The darkest clouds rise overhead, memories will come to show you're the one.
I need.
I firmly grasp reality by the barrel, I'm sick of this forsaking lonliness.
Turn on the moon, switch the sun off.
Tell me I'm your match.
Kiss my world, kick the dust, tell me sweet things you desire.
Mean every word you whisper to me.

Fantastic poem, absolutely amazing write! Desires very intense, hoping to find someone who will love you for who you are, never lying to you. Wanting your own true love forever. What most women do want in life. Thank you, RoseAnn

I love the entire poem. It sings, 'I want a lover that means what he says.' Well done! I especially loved this part: I firmly grasp reality by the barrel; I'm sick of this forsaking lonliness. Turn on the moon; switch the sun off. Tell me I'm your match; kiss my world & kick the dust! Tell me sweet things you desire. Mean every word you whisper to me.
