The Sea-Depths Shriek Though The Calm Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

The Sea-Depths Shriek Though The Calm

The sea-depths shriek though the calm over them hangs.

The waters hum
The waters sing
Slow
But of beauty most
When in the night they whisper to the rays
That the moon silvery on them sets.
Around
rocks, plains, cliffs, solitude

And utter magic of night deepening..
