The shining star

The shining gold star has disappeared
we are saddened
at his departure
and take this opportunity to salute his tenure
he was not only the politician
but true human being
an ordinary Indian national
kind poet and big-hearted individual
what made him really big?
no one could dig
his past with any kind of blame
it took him to the big fame
His poetic soul always excelled
and stormed
the stage with excellence
with mastery of word's choice at once
Fron one end of the country
to the other, he worked for the unity
held the country together
and worked for the welfare
