The Slightest Difference Poem by Ryan Leonard

The Slightest Difference

Rating: 5.0

In a world where 2+2=5,
Ignorance is bliss and I know nothing.
I do what I’m told and I’m told what to do.
I don’t cry. I don’t laugh. To feel nothing is a gift.
My laws give me life.
My government is god.
If I had friends they wouldn't matter.
Love is unknowable.

Where I live,2+2=4.

Are things any different?
