The Song Of Yuletide Poem by Joshua Adeyemi

The Song Of Yuletide

The Song Of Yuletide

Heaven with purpled eyes less'ning her gaze:
Spectacle drops as new season unfolds,
Atmosphere with cool pleasantries is glazed,
As summer, her tale, to the winter told.

Daffodils and Sidney by the worn way,
Dancing relentlessly as though they're drunk.
Heaven, her radiance on the earth spray,
As yuletide commences her luring song.

Mother to her child portrays the learnt love,
Master to his slave spare a worthwhile time,
The sun and the moon renew their worn love
As yuletide attains the prime of her clime.

Let all nature employ their vacant lung,
While some dance: Some sing the Yuletide's song.
