The Story Of Your Affair:

selling it
while still on the public purse.

Once one crooked, cynical,
unfaithful, demoted politician
sold the story of his affair
to the press,
others garnished too.

Like him, some had affairs
for the money.
Others sought others ideas,
then sold.

One, bold,
profitted from affair,
then said, 'Look,
pay more,
and you'll get what made me crook.'
