The Sun Is Too Hot

Our sense
sensing it's losing the fight
finds a way
to store the heat in pockets
ease its plight
and stretch its stay.

At the moment, the sun is too hot in my city, but very pleasantly so. It's good to check just what is in your pockets, something I have to do. An acerbic, very humorous poem.
