The Sun Is Finally Able To Meet The Moon, Poem by Mohammad Younus

The sun is finally able to meet the moon,
After years apart, you, too, O lover, shall meet
Your beloved.
Here it comes the shiny and pride groom,
Who meets his bride, Moon by name.
You, too, shall meet your beloved one day,
Who has got no name but I AM.
But, the sun will only give a brief attention,
And will leave the moon for years again.
Yet, once you meet your Beloved groom,
He will not leave you in dark again.

Here it comes the Sun to shine upon you,
Do not be shy of meeting the sun, O moon,
It has come back bright to shine upon you.
You, too, O lover! don't get disappointed,
If your beloved has hid himself now,
Behind the thick dark clouds,
He is just playing a Hide and Seek game.
You should not sit cloaked in a corner of room,
Under a black chador in grief of separation.
Open your eyes, and see he is before you,
Walking by you and staying within you.
