Just like in days of auld lang syne,
He is filled with benevolent wishes!
He is as poignant as the bottom line,
And much dearer than summer's riches!
A blessed love, unlike any other;
His are the diamond dewdrop blooms!
A holy birth, to a sainted mother;
Now, lovely makeup and fine costumes!
This high, most heavenly, beauty opera,
One wrought so factually under the sun,
Is the most true definition of drama-
And is God on earth, through His Son!
And when the many hued lights go down,
And only the moon is the spotlight-
The Queen of Heaven, in satin gown,
Is a lauded passion play highlight!
There's a million ways to say I love you,
On life's stage, where all play a part;
Unlike the storm whom new sunshine slew,
The best gifts ever come from the heart!
Lyrical and smooth flow of your poem really sounds fascinating and carries fragrance of rhymes

An fine and lofty rendition in verse with rhythmic splendour. Lovely and very passionate. Thanks for sharing, Evelyn.
