The Unlucky Majority Against The Lucky Few Poem by Mario, Lucien, Rene Odekerken

The Unlucky Majority Against The Lucky Few

Many hands reach, yet only a few grasp.
The wheel turns, but not for all.

Some wake to a feast, others to hunger.
Some walk roads paved, others stumble on dust.

Luck is a coin tossed in a storm,
landing always where it pleases.

The many toil, the few reap.
The many dream, the few wake to it.

Fairness is a whisper lost in the crowd,
drowned beneath the cheers of the fortunate.
