The Unwelcome Message Poem by Solomon Senxer

The Unwelcome Message

Rating: 5.0

Phone beeps,
She peeps.
The radiant face
Does not progress,
A gloomy look takes over;
It comes not from a lover.

She swipes it away
Without a delay.
She reads not
In distraught
She waits for one more beep
Before she goes to sleep.
