The Up And Down Days Poem by Francis Duggan

There are days in your life when you feel a bit down
When you are one of the sadder souls of the town
When you are not in the mood for to socialize
And you do have the look of sadness in your eyes
You do not feel like talking to anyone
Suppose many have such moods when all is said and done
But such moods to many people do come and go
And happinesswill return at least one does hope so
Of late you do not feel that physically well
And on your mental state your health worries do tell
But you may feel better in a day or two
This is all that anyone can wish for you
The up and down days many of us do know
There are times when we do not have the inner glow.
