The way ahead is unclear
With rocky paths and cruel mounts beside
And the Sun can't show a route.
The reminisces of a forlone track
Are no more a solace.
The journey that commenced long ago
Has to come to a halt
With the feeble feet lost in utter confusion.
The throbbing heart and the seeing eyes
Have a beat and a stare alone to offer.
What the eyes see is a misty sky
Perhaps it is where He is sleeping
With no love or hatred to anyone or anything.
In the vacuum of dreams long lost
The terrible night is heard screaming.
The midday sun will soon emerge
Even as the darkness refusing to quit
And the dusk will be superfluous next.
Across the times fleeting with no beats
There is a retreat into total oblivion.
