The Weight Of Thought Poem by Mario, Lucien, Rene Odekerken

The Weight Of Thought

A question lingers in the still air,
unspoken, yet pressing against the mind.
What is truth, if not a mirror
shattered by every hand that holds it?

Footsteps trace circles in the sand,
each grain once a mountain,
each step a moment lost.
Time does not move forward,
only outword,
spreading like ripples on water
that never reaches a shore.

To know is to unravel,
to seek is to remain lost.
And yet,
the search continues.
