The Word 'if' Changes The World Poem by Terence George Craddock

The Word 'if' Changes The World

Rating: 5.0

the word 'if' is
among the smallest words
in many languages

yet 'if' holds
the magical mystic power
of greatest potential change

to past future events

the allure of 'what if' entices
charms delights pleads
yet vanishes

like smoke dreams

in the granite face
of reality stone set
in reality already present

a will of the wisp past
or a future beacon light
'if' exists in potential twilight
