that is, it is founded
according to its
nature on a
theophanic working
of the created
or mediated universe.

The cosmos itself is
the outwardly pressing thrust
by virtue of cosmic revelation.

There is also an inward
urgent or subjective
power in this revelation,
where the divine is
discovered in the
innermost depths
which is the innermost
center of awareness.
