There is much to celebrate:
The rising of today's sun,
The truth that all is one—
No storms, no hurricanes are forecast.
There is much to celebrate:
Yesterdays, gone forever,
Today, sweeping away the past.
Tomorrow is just today's extension.
There is much to celebrate:
The voices and faces of the divine,
Fading our illusions into time's eternity,
Whispering of our true essence.
There is much to celebrate:
Why fear death's breath?
Why let hearts break,
Or eyes brim with tears?
There is much to celebrate:
All life is one sacred reality.
Why do we love? Why do we hate?
Why make war
And destroy beauty?
There is much to celebrate:
A river of silence and calm
Awaits us at eternity's door.
Perhaps this journey, after all,
Is ours to embrace on time's circular path.
There is much to celebrate:
The alternating dance of day and night,
The shifting seasons for survival and growth—
So are the shifting seasons of life a boon.
There is much to celebrate:
The warmth of a parent's love,
Holding us through life's storms,
The laughter of children,
Echoing joy and pleasure,
The wisdom of elders,
And the peace that follows chaos.
There is much to celebrate:
Glimpses of eternity in each breath,
In the stars above and the earth beneath,
In the songs of birds and the hum of insects,
In the harmony of nature's design.
There is much to celebrate:
We are, in essence, the image divine,
Each heart a mirror of the Infinite,
Each step part of an eternal dance,
Moving through light, shadow, and time.
