There'll always be a Thanksgiving Day
As words of appreciation fill the air.
The church bells ringing incessantly
While people bow their head in prayer.

There'll always be a Thanksgiving Day
To give us feast, hope and peace,
And nothing will ever destroy it -
The tradition will never cease.

There'll always be a Thanksgiving Day
As a plentiful, golden harvest we hail.
It is a memorable occasion we can cherish
Through each November trail.

There'll always be a Thanksgiving Day
Regardless of the tribulations we face,
As we gain a positive outlook on life
Within this time frame of grace.
