There's A Magnetism

There's a magnetism in the Saviour
That draws us close to God
That leads us in a way of life
That seeks another's good
That puts a passion in our heart's
To tell them the old, old story
Not just for the good of ourselves
But that God may get all the glory

We are drawn to God each day
Upon our awakening moment
We know fromwhence our breath comes from
For from the Lord it is sent
Every moment of every hour
His grace is flowing through us
The joy of being forgiven for sin
Breeds thankfulness unto us

There's power in His precious blood
The Lamb still has His offering
To rid us from the power of sin
And heal our inner suffering
O the love that Jesus gives
To help us serve Him daily
To seek a soul that needs the Lord
Who then by the truth can be set free

O Hallelujah Christhas come
O come let us adore Him
And bow our heart's to worship Him
Who alone can save us from sin
Now instrumental in my life
His Spirit's inner Presence
Drawing me to magnify
The glory of His essence

Christ in me my hope of glory
Faith's transaction is done!
I saw myself as a poor lost sinner
But gained the riches of God's Son
What a way to end a living
For when I'll be called home
It will be my presence with my Saviour
There at the Father's throne!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
