There's a scorpion on your back,
Elvira was screaming in my ear.
quick, quick, give it a whack!
I replied trembling in fear.
There's a 'SCORPION' on your back,
she screamed again vociferously! !
Hit it hard, not just a pat! ! ! ! !
I retorted angrily.
There's a SSCOOORRPIOON, on your back,
and I don't know what to do.
Go ahead and take a crack,
before I start turning blue!
Elvira swung her arm way back,
and knocked away that ugly thing,
and it was a healthy whack,
that kept away the scorpion's sting.
And now my back is black and blue,
what a punch that woman packs,
and the decision I now rue,
when I told her to take a whack.
