There's No Word Poem by Brando De La Cruz

There's No Word

Who would have thought it?
I would have not,
Those words are long gone,
And it remain as a song,
A song which my heart sings to me.

The way you move, the way you pose,
I've seen them all,
Yet you're not mine, and I'm not yours;
It does not sadden me, it challenges me.

Your hair caught my attention first,
I've only seen you hair in two styles,
Then your scent came, and by the end of the day
You had me all.
There's no word to describe you,
But only one thing is true,
I love you.
