There's Two Words In The Scriptures
There's two words in the scriptures
I've learned to trust them well
They begin with the words..."fret not"...
They are packed with wisdom as well
Fret not thyself because of evildoers
That brings wicked devises to pass
Fret not thyself of him who prospereth in the way
For his prospering will not last
So when agitation comes along
To disturb my rather peaceful day
I remind myself to fret not
As this too shall pass away
I keep my eyes on Jesus
Who keeps His eyes on me
And helps me always to fret not
For He is always with me!
Hallelujah what a Saviour!
