They Don'T Know Me Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

They Don'T Know Me

Refusing to listen,
But skilled in opposition...
To not comprehend,
Although known to seek attention...
Are those who often neglect to mention,
How it is their mental and physical afflictions...
Seem to have been in existence most of their lives.
And yet finding a remedy to cure them of this,
Has left them bewildered...
As to why others are quick with them,
To show their impatience.

'Perhaps you should consider,
What others say to suggest and recommend.'

~To then do what?
They don't know me.~
